The boys and I went on a very short hike at the Quary Rock Picnic Area of the Cleveland Metroparks today. This trail is above the Chagrin River. There is a very steep dropoff to the river. The reason the hike was cut short was because my oldest son decided that he needed to clean out his shoe. He had stones in his shoe. In the process of doing this he dropped his shoe over the edge. We tried to get to it but could not fromt he top nor the bottom.
