Cuyahoga River

This is a photo of the Cuyahoga River shot from the lower deck of the Verterans Memorial Bridge in Cleveland in 2009.  I was able to access the lower deck on the 2009 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour which was hosted by the Cuyahoga County Engineer (The Engineer is now under the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works).

More posts about the tour can be found on the blog.

2011 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour

The boys and I atended the 2011 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour which was hosted by the Cuyahoga County Engineer in July 2011 (The Engineer is now under the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works).  This is the 3rd time we have gone, previous posts can be found on the blog.

I had forgotten about these photos until I started cleaning up old photos over the weekend.  So, I went ahead and processed them.

Photos are shown below and on my Photo Gallery Site in the Veterans Memorial Bridge And Subway Tour (2011-07-02) Album.

2010 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour

2010 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour

The family atended the 2010 Veterans Memorial Bridge and Subway Tour which was hosted by the Cuyahoga County Engineer.  This is the 2nd time we have gone, we also went in 2009.    More photos from the 2010 tour are posted HERE.

After we left the bridge tour we headed to the West Side Market. The place was a zoo! Lots of people and you could barely move. I took a few photos, you can check them out HERE.

The photo above was created using the LR/Enfuse Plugin for Lightroom 3.   I registered the plugin and this is the first image that I have tried it on.  This image was created from 3 separate images taken using bracketed  exposure.  They were taken at -2, 0 and +2.  Then they were blended with LR/Enfuse.  This one was created using the default settings of the plugin.  In the final photo ou can see that the building on the right is not blown out and there is more detail on the beams and columns of the bridge on the left.

The source images used to create the image above are shown below.
