I just posted a new gallery from last night’s exciting Suburban League showdown at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School! On February 3, 2026, I had the privilege of photographing the varsity boys basketball game where the Bees—fresh off clinching the Suburban League National Conference title last Friday—hosted the Twinsburg Tigers. And what a night it turned out to be.

The Bees came in at 15-0. Twinsburg started strong, jumping out to a 16-10 lead after the first quarter, with Cam Suggs dropping seven of his team-high 14 points early on. The energy in the gym was electric, and I caught some intense moments right from the tip-off.

But Brecksville quickly flipped the switch. Their defense locked in, forcing turnovers (Twinsburg finished with 15), while the Bees stayed disciplined with minimal mistakes. They exploded for 22 points in the second quarter to take a 32-21 halftime lead, then kept the pressure on in the third (outscoring Twinsburg 17-10) and pulled away in the fourth with 20 more points. Final score: Brecksville-Broadview Heights 69, Twinsburg 39.
