Now that the fall sports seasons have ended and I have a break, I am going through photos from our Walt Disney World trip in August. This is from the Disney Enchantment Nighttime Show at the Magic Kingdom. What do you think of it? have you seen the show? My favorite are below!
This summer we visited Walt Disney World for the first time since 2019. we have been visiting regularly every year for a while. But took a little time off when COVID hit. This was the first time we had seen the Disney Enchantment Fireworks Show at the Magic Kingdom. I was very happy with the color version of this photo.
But, then I decided that I would try a B&W Conversion. I am very pleased with the results. I used Nik Silver Efex from the Nik Collection to make the conversion.
This photo was taken on our last trip to Walt Disney World in June 2019. At this point due to pandemic we do not plan on returning until 2022.
The Liberty Belle is a 17 min trip around Tom Sawyer Island. You will see a number of sights along the journey including: An early American settlement, An idyllic Native American village, Harper’s Mill, Fort Langhorn, Wilson’s Cave Inn, and Woodland Animals.
Have you ride on the Liberty Belle? What did you think of it?
My family has visited Walt Disney World many times. Usually once a year, but that all changed with COVID. Our last trip was scheduled for June 2020, but we canceled that trip and at this point we wont be going back until 2022. But, a few years ago we went during the Christmas Holiday. These photos are from the Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Enjoy!
Have you seen Tinker Bell in Disney’s Festival of Fantasy Parade? If not, you nee dot pay attention the next time you are at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. It is easy to miss her as she sits on the back of a float. Her expressions and demeanor is incredible. Below are a few photos I captured in June 2019.
Hopefully this will brighten your day during this dark period of time. Enjoy!
I took this photo at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This is main hill of Splash Mountain. This photo was taken from an observation area where people stand to watch their family members come down the hill..
Hopefully this will brighten your day during this dark period of time. Enjoy!
This is one of my favorite places to go. Hopefully we get to go back this summer.
As you probably already know due to COVID-19 Walt Disney World (and most of the USA and world) is closed down for at least 2 weeks.
I took this photo in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This is Maleficent in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. She breaths fire at certain points during the parade but I thought this photo showed personality and screamed to me “Look into my eyes”.
Hopefully this will brighten your day during this dark period of time. Enjoy!
With all of the Corona Virus Talk and making us all panic here is something that should make you smile. I took this in from the the Japan Pavilion in Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort. This was taken during the IllumiNations Reflections of Earth show.
For the photo geeks, the settings for the photo are: Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, 7.0s, f/11, 24mm, ISO 100.
I shot this photo at Walt Disney World’sMagic Kingdom in 2014. I was walking into the park to see the fireworks show and noticed how spectacular the sky looked. This is what is known as “Blue Hour”. This is the time of day when the sun has just set or is about to rise and the sky takes on a blue hue.
