Aurora Defeats Twinsburg 28–7 in Varsity Football

On Friday, September 18, 2026, the Twinsburg Tigers traveled to Aurora High School’s Veterans Stadium for a varsity football matchup on Aurora’s Homecoming Night. The Greenmen defeated the Tigers 28–7.

The evening brought together football, school spirit, and Friday-night traditions. Twinsburg’s cheerleaders and student section added energy from the stands, while the Tigers’ marching band performed under the stadium lights. On the field, Twinsburg competed in light jerseys against an Aurora team wearing dark jerseys.

The result moved Aurora to 2–3 on the season and Twinsburg to 0–5. Next, Twinsburg returns home to face Kenston at Tiger Stadium on Friday, September 25, at 7 p.m. Aurora travels to Revere for a 7 p.m. game that same night.
