Twinsburg Girls Soccer Hosts Aurora in JV and Varsity Matchups

The Twinsburg Tigers welcomed the Aurora Greenmen to Twinsburg High School on Wednesday, September 2, for an evening of JV and varsity girls soccer.

Aurora earned victories in both matches, defeating Twinsburg 4–0 in the JV contest and 1–0 in the varsity matchup.

The varsity game was a close, defensive battle in which a single goal decided the outcome. Twinsburg kept the match within reach but was unable to find the equalizer, allowing Aurora to preserve the shutout and remain undefeated at 4–0.

The loss moved Twinsburg’s varsity record to 2–3. The Tigers will look to bounce back when they travel to face Kenston on Wednesday, September 9.
