Twinsburg Tigers Varsity Baseball vs. Hudson Explorers 

As always, I was out capturing the action for my primary school, the Twinsburg Tigers. These young men in the solid blue jerseys brought energy and effort all game long despite the tough 7-0 loss to a strong Hudson squad on Tuesday evening.

The Tigers showed solid fundamentals in the field and at the plate, but Hudson’s pitching and timely hitting proved too much on this night. It was a classic high school baseball battle.

Here are a few of my favorite shots from the game:

Twinsburg pitcher #4 delivering a strong pitch from the mound. Love the extension and leg drive on this one – pure power and mechanics. 
Twinsburg’s #35 locked in at the plate, waiting for his pitch. Great stance and focus from one of our Tigers batters. 
Heart-on-the-sleeve baseball right here – a Twinsburg runner diving hard into the bag as the Hudson fielder applies the tag. Close play at first that captures the intensity of the game. 
Twinsburg head coach rallying the troops between innings, delivering that intense motivation to the Tigers. These moments are where the real game is coached.
